Carry Strategy as the Holy Grail

Um..... no.

no way.

it's a good strategy, and can work for a long time without blowing up, but those blow-ups DO come, and they really suck.

i'm working to find a way to minimize the blowups, but i dont think it's possible to eliminate them.

that being said, i did make over 100% in the past year, despite the very bad month i have just experienced.

so i do intend to continue with the carry trade, and continue to work on finding ways to make it better.

i am going to reduce it to 1/2 to 1/3 of my overall forex portfolio, though, as i work on my trend and grid strategies.

i still think it's very possible to earn 10% a month with forex, and not work that hard at it.

of course, i am working VERY HARD right now to get those strategies right. Then I can take it easy. ;)
